Founder
Chester founded the ‘British Esports Association’ in March 2016 – as the national body for esports in the UK, whose main aims are to help develop the UK’s grassroots esports scene and provide an infrastructure to nurture future British talent.

 Authority was given by the UK Government to establish British Esports, which is a not for profit organisation. Chair is Andy Payne OBE and Vice-Chair the Rt. Hon Ed Vaizey MP (former Minister of Culture). The Advisory Board (all volunteers) is made up of the UK’s leading esports industry and they started the UK’s national schools and colleges esports championships in 2018 www.britishesports.org
Chester spoke at the inaugural IOC’s esports forum in Lausanne in July 2018 and was a guest of the IOC at the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aries in October 2018. He was appointed a member of the IOC’s Esports Liaison Group in January 2019.

He is a regular public speaker on esports education and the benefits in playing.
